My property sits in the middle of an energy corridor. Within a 2.6 mile radius, there are major electric powerlines and five transmission power stations to supply electricity to two data centers (450+ acres) using 550MW of electricity. I hypothesize that there is a direct correlation between when this activity began to when the infrastructure and data centers went online in 2022.
